Psychotherapy Services

I offer secure, virtual sessions for individuals, couples, and groups. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. I offer weekly and biweekly sessions. I see our work together as a collaborative, team process. Therapy is a wonderful time to pause, explore, reflect, and gain perspective. I use various Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatic techniques to assist you in your process. I am here for you and I will create a non-judgmental, safe environment during our time together.

Postpartum Groups

The power of mothers coming together can be so lovely and profound. I offer support groups for postpartum mothers periodically to learn from each other and to lean on one another. Group work is a wonderful time to build connections with other moms who are also experiencing the constant push and pull of motherhood.
